The 2020 Chardonnay Trout Gulch is a very good wine. In this vintage, the Trout Gulch Chardonnay is a bit more open than it usually is, likely a reflection of drought and heat. Orchard fruit, flowers, chamomile and light tropical accents all come together. Although the 2020 is not a typical Ceritas wine from this site, it is quite attractive just the same.
