Tasting Notes and Scores
100% Garnacha from a single plot in the town of Fitero. Rocky, stony soils with clay, limestone and conglomerates at 490 m elevation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with its own lees in 2,000-litre French oak vats (gentle oak impact). Production: 13,000 bottles. Ribera Baja subregion. Tasted blind. Pale intensity. Elegant and delicate red fruits on the nose. On the palate, it is ethereal and light, with precise sappy tannins, packed with sweet fruit sensation. Sincerely pleasant to drink, with a refreshing and thrilling mineral finish. This is a genius interpretation of Garnacha. GV (FC)
