The 2019 Barolo Castiglione Falletto is a very pretty, classically austere wine from Mario Fontana. Potent and deep, the 2019 opens up to reveal black cherry, menthol, leather and savory herbs. This strapping yet mid-weight Barolo offers tons of character. It's a terrific effort from this under-the-radar property.
