Tasting Notes and Scores

95% Grenache, 5% other varieties. Destemmed and vinified at 28 °C in stainless steel. Aged in tronconic vats. pH 3.75, TA 3.1 g/l. Tasted blind. Mid to light crimson. Racy ‘mineral’ nose. Very opulent, flattering, rich, velvety texture with fully ripe fruit almost covering the fine tannins. Lots to chew on and lots to enjoy here. Masses of pleasure. Long. (JR)
