98% Syrah, 2% Viognier. 60% whole bunch. Fragrant, leathery, liquorice, anise and dark chocolate. Light black fruit – gentle intensity with soft digestible tannins. Excellent clarity of fruit. Delicate, chewy character with a bitter-herb finish. (RH)
