Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2021 Savennières is a pure, delicate and floral style. It is tender, elegant and light on its feet. The wine retains refined and pared back while there's huge flavor intensity. Wholly barrel fermented, it is subtle and sophisticated with pastry, citrus and nutty notes lingering on the detailed, citrussy, appley, salty finish. It's enjoyable in its youth, but there's no hurry here.
