The 2016 Extra-Brut Efflorescence is showing beautifully, offering up aromas of white currants, crisp peach, white flowers and buttery pastry, followed by a medium to full-bodied, pure and pillowy palate that's racy and intense, concluding with a chalky finish. It's produced from barrel-fermented Pinot Noir grown in the village of Polisot.
