The 2021 Beaune Toussaints 1er Cru shows a touch of reduction on the nose and is difficult to read. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins and moderate depth but doesn't quite "flow" towards the finish. The one misstep among Monnot's fine 2021s.
