The 2019 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru includes 40% whole bunch whereby Eyre cuts out as much of the main stem as possible (à la Lalou Bize Leroy.) It has a beautiful bouquet of raspberry and cranberry scents, quite mineral-driven and very pure. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, pure red berry fruit and a very harmonious satin-textured finish that lingers in the mouth. This is an excellent Corton-Bressandes from Jane Eyre.
