The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Borniques 1er Cru, containing 40% whole cluster, showed more reduction on the nose than the Aux Echanges. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, lightly spiced, just a little dryness towards the finish but impressive length. Quite Morey-like in style, this should age well in bottle. Excellent.
