The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé En France 1er Cru (Clos de France), which had not been racked, has a beautiful, very pure bouquet with white flowers, apricot and crushed stone. The palate is very well balanced with plenty of nascent energy and lovely salinity on the finish. Great wine in the making - and Premier Cru to boot.
