The 2022 Corton Les Renards Grand Cru is 100% whole bunches this year. This is well-defined and focused on the nose with black cherry and bilberry fruit, crushed limestone and light flinty aromas in the background. Quite complex. The medium-bodied palate has a dash of black pepper on the entry, beautifully balanced with a keen line of acidity. Silky smooth towards the finish, this is so much better than the previous vintage and has the substance to mature with style and panache.
