Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2019 Echézeaux Grand Cru, which was completely destemmed, has a well-defined bouquet of raspberry, morello cherry, light earthenware scents against a background of wild mint. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins. Very smooth-textured and harmonious, and though I would have liked a little more grip on the finish, this should seduce over the next 10–12 years.
