The 2022 Chablis Les Butteaux 1er Cru has a very perfumed bouquet with yellow plum, wet stone, hints of jasmine and melted wax. This is very complex. The palate is well-balanced, taut and fresh, with a fine bead of acidity and nice edginess with a saline finish. Harmonious and sophisticated, this will age beautifully in bottle.
