Tasting Notes and Scores

15–20% new oak and will be bottled end of January. Cask sample. The oak is the same as on Les Murgers des Dents de Chien but the wine smells more spicy and mealy. Broader in the mouth but lacks a little intensity on the mid palate. The St-Aubins are better value. (JH)
