Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2023 Santenay Les Gravières 1er Cru, vinified with 50% whole clusters, has a well-defined bouquet that takes time to open, featuring predominantly red fruit laced with light sous-bois and graphite scents. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly crunchy texture, but it becomes silkier in the glass with a dash of clove and white pepper on the finish. This is very promising.
