The 2023 Saint-Aubin Les Murgers des Dents de Chien 1er Cru has one of the prettiest bouquets from Bachelet, with apricot and Mirabelle scents unfurling in the glass. The palate is quite primal, but I appreciate the energy here. Despite some reduction on the finish, I feel this will turn into a fine Saint-Aubin.
