The 2020 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Vergers 1er Cru has a well-defined nose: yellow plum, freshly squeezed Clementine and a touch of white tea. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, gaining complexity towards the finish with a judicious touch of sour lemon. Good persistence here. Excellent.
