The 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Vergers 1er Cru has a classy bouquet of apple blossom, peach and yellow plum, flanked by a touch of caramelized pear. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, and very peachy on the entry, followed by apricot and quince toward a finish that just needs more mineralité .
