The 2020 Chablis Les Blanchots Grand Cru has a perfumed nose with Nashi pear, touches of Japanese plum and lemon sherbet, opening nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, yet needs more substance on its slightly attenuated finish. Fine.
