Bright, dark red. Knockout nose combines cassis, raspberry, strawberry, flowers and minerals. Wonderfully perfumed and high-pitched in the mouth, conveying a strong impression of calcaire . This adamantly dry, classic Gevrey leaves the salivary glands quivering. This parcel is situated in a cool combe on rocky, chalky soil but also benefits from excellent sun exposure.
