Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2019 Pommard Les Saucilles, which comes from the Village part of the climat and includes 15% whole bunch, offers attractive red cherry, strawberry and crushed rock aromas. The palate is well balanced and fresh thanks to this plot’s cool microclimate. Black pepper and clove appear toward the finish. This cuvée is new to me and it shows very well.
