The 2019 Nuits-Saint-Georges Village is a blend of several parcels from the Vosne and Premeaux sides. It has a well-defined bouquet of blackberry and raspberry fruit, quite dense and opening nicely with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with dense tannins and lightly peppered, leading to a grippy finish. Needs two or three years in bottle, but I admire the energy coiled inside this nascent wine.
