The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Jeunes Roi has a little more intensity than the Clos Champ, more vigour. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine structure with attractive cranberry and clove notes on the ample finish. Not bad…not bad at all!
