The 2021 Vosne-Romanée Aux Jachées is perfumed on the bouquet with lifted crushed strawberry and wilted rose petal scents, epitomising so-called "transparent" Pinot Noir. The palate is medium-bodied with filigree tannins, poised and very elegant, sapid with a discrete pinch of cracked black pepper on the finish. Lovely.
