Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2018 Meursault Les Meix Chavaux offers light earthy scents on the nose, which is rather subdued and missing the energy displayed on the nascent 2019. The palate is well balanced with a touch of almond on the entry, good depth and a fine bead of acidity that compensates for the aromatic, which I think will open with time. Let’s see.
