The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Village includes declassified fruit from Les Baudes and Les Gruenchers that represents around 20% of this blend (these bunches includes stems). The aromatics are a little muddled at the moment, missing some delineation and focus and in need of more brightness. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannins, quite energetic and missing the composure of the better cuvées from the Domaine. I will be cautious with my judgement based on this sample.
