From vines planted in Puligny in 1965, the 2023 Bourgogne Blanc offers scents of Granny Smith apples and a touch of wet pavement. There's fine nerve here. The palate is vibrant and fresh, with a killer line of acidity and so much energy coiled up here with ... yes … a Puligny-like, vibrant finish. This is outstanding given its category.
