Tasting Notes and Scores

Spicier and riper on the nose than the Clos des Varoilles. Deeper on the palate, too, the tannins a little more evident but super fine. This is relatively lightweight but not unusual for the vintage. Moreish, fine boned and really long. The length rather than the depth showing its breeding. (JH)
