The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin En Créot is a debut release that is completely de-stemmed that underwent a gentle vinification. It has quite a lively bouquet with red cherries, cranberry and flinty aromas, good tension here. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine acidity, smooth in texture with a touch of white pepper and bay leaf towards the finish, dessicated orange peel lingering on the aftertaste. Very fine.
