Tasting Notes and Scores

0.33 hectares (0.82 acres), with currently two-thirds in production. One-third grubbed up in 2023 with soils left for three years. Cask sample. Mid ruby. Red cherry with some blushing pink flowers on the nose. Crunchy palate of cherries, raspberry and strawberry. It is quite modest for now. There is a lovely freshness from the moderate acidity and it is very balanced. (MH)
