The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrières 1er Cru has a lovely bouquet with hints of white peach and vanilla infusing the crushed limestone scents. Very precise. The palate is linear and taut, but there is real weight here. With impressive harmony and quite a suave finish, this sashays along with style and delivers a delicious, peppery aftertaste. Excellent.

The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières is especially good, unwinding in the glass with aromas of pear, white flowers, wet stones and hazelnuts, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive palate, concluding with a delicately minty finish.
