Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2021 Chassagne-Montrachet Enseigneres has a fairly austere, crushed stone and apple blossom scented bouquet that gradually unfurls in the glass. The palate has a tiny reduction, but good weight and presence, slightly more extract than expected with decent length. It doesn't quite "take off" like some of Sauzet's other crus this year.
