Tasting Notes and Scores
Pale bright yellow. Very ripe aromas of peach, pineapple, smoke and lichee; much fruitier on the nose today than the Truffiere. Silky, fat and a bit exotic, but with a mineral firmness supporting the pineapple fruit. Very rich wine with a strong acid structure and very good energy. This is allmost heavy today and needs further refinement during its final months of elevage. But terrific material here.
