Tasting Notes and Scores

Good medium red. Spicy aromas of black cherry and cocoa. Sweet on entry, then quite firm in the middle, with pepper and herb notes and a lightly saline quality giving the middle palate a classically dry impression. Red fruit flavors emerge with air on the firm finish. Quite lively for the year but difficult to taste today. This will merit a 90+ rating if time in bottle brings more sweetness.
