The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté comes from two parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet. The delicate bouquet needs time to unfurl in the glass. The palate has a twist of sour lemon on the entry, very linear in style with a tensile finish. Steely and probably best with some fruits de mer.
