Two barrels of the 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Les Demoiselles 1er Cru exist this year. It engages on the nose less than the preceding Saint-Aubin En Remilly. It’s missing a bit of complexity. The palate is taut and linear, more austere in style, with a prickle of peppercorns towards the finish.
