Bright, dark red. Musky aromas of black raspberry and chocolate. In the very ripe style of the village here but showing more early personality and saline minerality to its intense dark berry, chocolate and herb flavors than the basic village version. A fine-grained, savory wine with very good length, but, like the village example, not particularly floral or high-pitched today.
