(tasted from cuve ): Bright medium red. Musky, complex, soil-driven scents of raspberry, violet, rose petal, hawthorn, mint and underbrush. Wonderfully silky and perfumed in the mouth, displaying outstanding lift to the flavors of red raspberry, spices and flowers. The vibrant, rising finish shows an uncanny light touch and leaves behind a lingering scent of floral oils. Perrot-Minot wanted to preserve this wine's crunchy fruit character by bottling it early.
