The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Caillerets derives from Roulot's usual source, supplemented by a small parcel owned by Alix de Montille. Offering up aromas of citrus zest, white flowers, pastry cream and blanched almonds, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with a sweet core of fruit that's girdled by lively acids.
