Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2023 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru is a surprisingly delicate wine. Airy and understated, Boillot’s 2023 Batard whispers more than it screams. Delicate floral notes meld into a core of orchard fruit. This is a very pretty wine, but I find it a bit atypical in its restraint for both Bâtard and the generally richer style that is such a signature at this address.
