The 2020 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru has a floral bouquet with wilted rose petals infusing the red fruit, but there is quite a lot of reduction, and it seems to "bed in" with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-boned tannins, fresh and tensile. This is a more linear/citrus style of Clos de Vougeot. Afford this 3-4 years in bottle to rid itself of the reductive elements.
