Tasting Notes and Scores

Cask sample. Mid lemon. Apple, peach and citrus on the nose. Medium-bodied palate and fresh acidity with tell-tale cool-as-marble Perrières fruit on the palate. Some spice on the creamy palate, with excellent volume and length. The moderate, crisp acidity balances nicely the plump, mature fruit without being overtly mineral. (MH)
