The 2016 Morey Saint Denis Blanc has a fragrant bouquet with white flower and beeswax scents combining nicely with the green apple aromas. The palate is sharp on the entry with a touch of sour lemon, but pleasing weight in the mouth with a dab of spice on the finish. Par for the course.
