Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir was cropped on October 3 and spent 11 months in oak and tank. It is a little spicier on the nose compared to the Chablis les Clos '13: attractive chalky scents emerging with continued aeration. The palate is succinctly balanced with touches of citrus peel and a vibrant spicy finish, fanning out with careless abandon on the satisfying finish. This is a sublime Chablis Grand Cru.

Pale yellow-green. Enticing high-pitched aromas of lime blossom, powdered stone and lavender. Sweet, supple, ripe and rich but with good acid lift and inner-mouth aromatic character to the fresh citrus and mineral flavors. An elegant, rather lush grand cru with lovely balance and persistence.
