The 2021 Chablis Les Clos Clos des Hospices Grand Cru shows a little more reduction on the nose, though it is well defined with a decent mineral aroma. It doesn't quite have the flair of its peers. The palate is fresh on the entry with bitter lemon and orange peel, though it clams up towards the finish and leaves you wanting more. Maybe just a bit of dilution here? Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting.
