Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Clos des Hospices, in some ways, has a more understated bouquet compared to the regular cuvée, refined and elegant but perhaps a little more precise. The palate is edgy and minerally on the entry thanks to a citric line of acidity. This is brimming with energy, yet dials everything down toward the finish, as if saving its energy so that it may age over the long term. Classy.
