The 2020 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Perrières 1er Cru has an intriguing bouquet with pressed iris flowers, a slightly more "gourmand" nose that opens nicely with aeration. The palate is tight, a little chewy on the entry, perhaps the Chaignots showing a little more precision and tension at the moment.
