Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Crais has an attractive red berry fruit, candied orange peel and quince scented nose that is well defined. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, cohesive with a lightly spiced finish, though it needs a little more delineation, perhaps just a tad over-extracted? Other than that, this is not bad at all.
