Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Crais is earthy on the nose, the 45% whole cluster fruit imparting black pepper and truffle aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins on the entry, good grip and a dense finish for a Village Cru. I reckon this could give a decade’s worth of drinking pleasure.
